If you choose to do a student internship in Sønderborg, we have a number of extra offerings for you. On the Wednesday after the internship, you have the opportunity to be shown around Sønderborg and spend a few pleasant hours with SDU’s students. We provide a lunch sandwich and a drinking bottle to all student interns at SDU.
European Studies
We care about the challenges and developments that are occurring in the world at European Studies.
In recent years we have seen how European integration does not represent 'the end of history' - or in other words - the end of problems.
We have a multiplicity of issues -from refugee and migration crises to economic challenges, political turmoil, social conflicts and mass protests, wars erupting at the gates of the European Union etc. - that deserve our attention, analysis and understanding.
This Bachelor programme is an invitation to address these conflicts and challenges through academic lenses.
The Bachelor of Science in European Studies provides students with a wide range of insights stemming from economics, law, politics, history and cultural studies. It is an interdisciplinary programme that combines social sciences and humanities.
Our Bachelor programme is internationally focused, attracting students from all over Europe and beyond. All lectures are taught in English.
